The adherence of ultrasonic mesh
1.Put ultrasonic screen mesh installation ring on the working platform, spread the mesh on and get it fixed with hoops and pressed into circular groove, then tighten the screws.
2. Put ultrasonic screen net rack on the working platform, place the mesh installation ring with the mesh side down onto the net rack, put the net rack into the ring.
3. Fix net rack with installation ring with six special clips grappling the inside of outside ring of net rack, tighten the screws.
4. Adhere the mesh to net rack with fluid solution, after it becomes solid, loose the screws and take off the clips and installation rings, cut down the redundant mesh.
The installation of bottom frame
1.Entangle the bottom of the bottom frame with small v shape sealing ring,then put it on the oscillating body and make all around even.
2.Entangle vibrating body and bottom frame with small clamps,tighten the screws,use rubber hammer to knock on the clamp all around.
The installation of net rack and upper frame.
1.Put the net rack with mesh on the working platform, with small U shape sealing ring to be entangled on, install ultrasonic transducer on its base and tighten it up with a wrench.
2.Place the net rack on the bottom frame,install the outlet of the transducer into the outlet hole of the bottom frame, entangle with a rubber gasket from outside,then tighten up the screw.
3.Entangle upper frame onto ultrasonic net rack,make bottom frame,net rack and upper frame aligned, install small clamp,then tighten screw with rubber hammer knocking about.
The installation of shield
1.Entangle the shield edge with small v shape sealing ring,place it on the upside of upper frame.
2.Install small clamp,tighten screws using rubber hammer knocking about.
